This monochrome drawing depicts one of the most fundamental forms in nature — the sphere. Through a near-microscopic perspective, it intricately renders a sponge-like texture and layered, eggshell-like patterns. While the sphere may appear perfect at first glance, subtle distortions reveal the invisible force of gravity — reminding us that a truly flawless sphere does not exist in the physical world. The work is drawn on aged, hand-made mulberry paper that has been preserved for over twenty years. The passage of time has left its mark — traces of light, temperature, and humidity are embedded in the paper’s surface. Through this drawing, we are invited to contemplate form and existence, the relationship between the unit and the individual, and between the individual and the collective.

此單色素描描繪了萬物最基本的形體 — 球體。透過近似顯微的視角，細緻刻劃出如海綿般質地、層層堆疊的蛋殼紋理。畫面中的球體乍看完美，實則因細微的變形而顯露出重力作用的痕跡 — 在萬有引力之下，世上從未存在真正完美的球體。畫作繪製於一張已保存二十年的舊楮紙上，刻意保留紙張經年累月所產生的變化：光線、氣溫與濕氣，都在其上留下了足跡。透過畫作，我們得以凝視，思索著形體與存有、單位與個體、個體與群體的關係。
